Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The submission has not been previously published nor has it been submitted for consideration by any other journal or conference (if it has been submitted to any journal or conference, and it has been rejected, an explanation has been provided in the Comments to the editor).
The submission file is in PDF format. For the blind peer review process, it must not include the name of the authors or references in any form, including their affiliation or the name of the institution and e-mail of the authors. Articles that are uploaded to the platform and do not comply with this restriction will be rejected.
Bibliographic references are in IEEE format, numbered according to their appearance in the text of the article.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to participate with scientific and technical articles, with reports of original and novel finished work, according to the following description:

- Scientific research articles. - Corresponds to an informative text and technical language whose objective is to disseminate, update or demonstrate the theoretical or practical results of a particular scientific research. These articles use the scientific method to elaborate theories and transmit them to other researchers, with the objective of producing and disseminating knowledge.

- Technical articles. - Corresponds to a persuasive text of end-of-degree works and/or learning results works, based on evidence, facts and reasoning to contribute to the understanding of a specific topic or to the solution of a specific problem, in order to reach a certain conclusion. In addition, they are usually part of the initial or intermediate stages of the academic training cycle.

The articles must be written in the official language of the journal, being this in the first instance the Spanish language (It can be published in another language, being this the English language). Papers must not have been submitted or published in other congresses or scientific journals. In the case that a paper is the product of a bachelor's or master's thesis, make sure that the thesis has not yet been published in the institution's repository until your article is accepted and published.

Articles of finished work reports must have a maximum of 12 pages and a minimum of 4 pages for publication in the different editions of the journal. For conference publications the maximum number of pages is 6 and minimum 4 pages. In both cases the format or template for the publication of articles in the TECH journal will be used and uploaded to the management platform for the submission of articles in PDF format.

The process of review and acceptance of the article is through a blind peer review, for this reason the article to be uploaded to the management platform should not include the name of the authors or references in any way, including the name of the institution and email of the authors. Articles that are uploaded to the platform and do not comply with this restriction will be rejected.

An author can upload or be among the authors of a maximum of two articles. The maximum number of authors per article is 4.

All articles before going through the peer review process will be submitted to plagiarism detection tools (Plagiarism Detector). If an article is marked with high risk of plagiarism and coincidences with other works greater than or equal to 10%, it will be rejected.

To submit the article it is only necessary that one of the 4 authors register to the platform and register the other authors. For the presentation of the paper at the congress any of the authors can do it in face-to-face / virtual mode.

Regarding the presentation of the article or paper at the congress, the author will have 15 minutes for his presentation plus 5 minutes to answer questions from the audience. For the presentation, audiovisual support material may be used, for which a template in ppt format will be provided.

PUBLICATION POLICIES

The organizing committee reserves the right to exclude an article for distribution (publication in the journal and book of proceedings, if the publication is through a conference).

In case of congress publication, after the conference, if the article is not presented at the congress, or if it has been double submitted to another publication system, the article will be excluded.

All articles accepted and submitted to the journal or to the conference will be published in the journal TECH Carlos Cisneros ISNN 2737-6036, in each of its editions, which will be assigned a DOI identification number for its location and to be included in the cross-reference system (Crossref). The articles presented at the congress will form part of the proceedings book which will be assigned an ISBN number.

CHECKLIST FOR THE PREPARATION OF SUBMISSIONS

Copyright Notice

Copyright in all papers accepted for publication remains with the authors of the manuscript, TECH journal only acquires the publication rights. Authors are free to use their own material. However, if all or any part of the published material is reproduced elsewhere, the author must acknowledge Carlos Cisneros TECH magazine as the original site of publication.

The author assumes full responsibility for any causality incurred in the possible violation of rights of third parties for the material provided to TECH magazine.

The author declares that the contribution made with his article is original and that it constitutes his own work, thus not incurring in plagiarism or any act of illegality or unethical research.

The author declares that the manuscript has not been published or sent to another journal for publication, nor has it been rejected for any reason at the review level.
