Abstract

The purpose of this research was to verify the behavior of labor management in the physical work capacity (CFT) of teachers.  The metodology used had a quantitative, field focus, with a level of cross-sectional descriptive research.  Due to the great number of teachers in the province of Tungurahua,  an intencional non-probabilistic sampling was used with a sample of 106 teachers, taken from the Benjamin Araujo High School, PCEI Tungurahua High Scholl and Indoamérica High School.  The ROSA method was applied to the data collection tecniques used in the study in order to determinate the level of risk in the office activities carried out by the teachers.  In addition, a Likert scale survey was applied to learn about labor management.  The results obtained through the field study, it was determinated that for men 34,3%, 53,7% and 11,9% have good, normal and regular CFT respectively, while women 7,7%, 30,8% and 61,5% have a very good, good and normal CFT respectively.  The porpuse of the research work was to propose a mathematical model for men and women where it was obtained a determination coefficient (R2) of 91,34% and 84,85% respectively, giving validity to the mathematical models.
